Guidance has been provided by both AQE and GL regarding the upcoming tests in November. As yet, no decision has been made regarding the actual tests or our way forward.
AQE has delayed its opening of applications until May 14th in order to provide clarity for parents. This process will be entirely online as AQE offices are closed. You usually have until the start of Sept to complete your application so don't panic right now. Keep an eye on their website for further updates regarding the test process.

PPTC (Post Primary Transfer Consortium) which use GL Assessment for Maintained school entrance have been discussing three areas: Delaying the Assessment, Delaying the registration, and making the assessment accessible for all. As yet, no decisions have been made. Keep an eye on their website also.
